The Goal

The company had developed a next-generation abrasion-resistant fabric tailored for motorcycle safety apparel. To gain traction in a crowded market, they needed to establish online authority, stand out from entrenched competitors, and increase organic traffic to establish authority in a niche market. They asked me to write a long-form blog post that would:

  • Help them rank for a strategic, high-intent keyword (abrasion-resistant fabric)

  • Educate technical buyers and specifiers

  • Serve as evergreen content with long-term SEO value

The Before

Before publishing the post, the company’s website did not rank for the target keyword. I wrote a long-form, SEO-optimized blog post targeting motorcycle apparel brands and technical buyers. The article positioned the fabric as a premium solution, highlighting technical specifications, real-world applications, and competitive advantages. The blog post centered on the keyword abrasion-resistant fabric, aimed at positioning the brand as an industry leader. The process included:

  • Keyword research and competitor analysis

  • Writing a comprehensive, informative, and technically sound article

  • Structuring the content for SEO and readability (headings, internal linking, metadata, etc.)
